Andreas Hedler, Managing Partner

Andreas Hedler is an acknowledged expert in tasks of a holistic corporate finance. He is founding partner of Adcunia and since the founding shareholder and managing director.

Among his typical projects economically oriented corporate financing in growth situations but also phases of restructuring belongs. In addition, he has exclusively advised on M & A transactions and succession planning.

Andreas studied business administration in Bremen with a focus on taxation and finance and law in Hamburg. Before establishing the Adcunia he worked in leading positions renowned finance and consultancy companies.

Monika Rossel, Managing Partner

Monika Rossel is a proven expert in tasks structured corporate financing. She is co-founder of Adcunia and has since been managing partner.

She specializes on the areas of finance, including working capital. Moreover, it has exclusively advised on M & A transactions and succession planning and has extensive experience in situations of restructuring.

Before establishing the Adcunia she worked in leading positions in renowned finance and consultancy companies.
